VIRGINIA TECH
Words can’t express the shock I feel - being a college student now it makes me shudder to think what it must’ve been like to be on campus for school when this broke out. My thoughts are with the families, the friends and the faculty of Virginia Tech - prayers are surely sent their way. I’m sure there is no way to make sense of any of this - I have no idea how the survivors will cope - I hope they have a lot of strength, as they surely will need it. This was a tragic horrific event that took place. I hadn’t even found out till last night - I was away from any TV/media to even know such a thing was going on. Today at my campus I couldn’t help but feel for those people at VA Tech - my thoughts were with them as I wandered about my campus feeling very safe. School is supposed to be a safe place; it certainly used to be. It’s sad for us all that this event took place; we will all be marred from it in one way or another, this world will never be the same. I can’t even fathom a motivating factor the shooter could have had.
